The Role:
- Own and shape product strategy by partnering with cross-functional teams on new product launches and enhancements.
- Guide regulatory decisions on consumer financial regulations, payments, bank partnerships, and emerging requirements.
- Support strategic partnerships by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
What We're Looking For:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
- 7-10 years of legal experience in consumer financial services, fintech, banking, or regulatory practice.
- Deep expertise in Regulation E, NACHA rules, card network requirements, BSA/AML, and state money transmission laws.
