About the Role:
- Serve as senior advisor on complex regulatory matters across the Americas.
- Own regulatory workstreams, manage licensing and compliance obligations, and lead engagements with regulators.
- Partner with legal, compliance, risk, and commercial teams to support scaling and new market entry.
Who You Are:
- Qualified lawyer with 8+ years of post-qualification experience in fintech, law firms, or financial institutions.
- Deep regulatory experience in payments, e-money, FX, remittances, or card issuing.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams and explain complex legal topics.
