The Opportunity:
- Shape legal strategy across Dave's banking, lending, payments, and subscription products.
- Serve as a senior advisor to Product, Risk, Compliance, and executive leadership.
What You'll Build and Own:
- Lead legal strategy for consumer financial products from concept through launch.
- Build a regulatory monitoring and change-management program, and own state licensing strategy.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of senior legal professionals.
What We're Looking For:
- J.D. with active bar membership and 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Deep knowledge of consumer financial laws and regulations, including TILA, EFTA, FCRA, and UDAAP.
- Proven people leadership and executive-level communication skills.
