This role leads legal for fintech and digital asset businesses, working directly with CEOs and leadership.
You will design legal architecture and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting corporate and transactional needs.

Responsibilities:

Lead corporate governance, commercial contracting, and legal operations, managing outside counsel.
Provide legal support for token structures, financial agreements, and regulatory analysis.
Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and support fundraising and capital markets work.

Requirements:

J.D. from accredited law school and active U.S. bar license (Illinois or NY preferred).
3-7 years legal experience in fintech, with digital assets and tokenization experience strongly preferred.
