Senior Director, Field Evangelist

The Field Evangelist role is similar to a Field CISO and will play a crucial role in driving technology strategy, customer success, and industry advocacy for our Identity Security Platform. This person will engage with prospects and customers, guide successful deployments of our platform, contribute to thought leadership in the identity security space, and support sales execution and go-to-market efforts as a technical practitioner. You will drive technology strategy discussions with prospective enterprise customers, articulating the value of Access Control Platform and its ability to provide a unified view of identities across systems. You will also conduct regular check-ins with existing customers to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure maximum value realization from solutions. The role involves staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in identity security. You will also partner with sales teams to provide technical expertise during the sales process and author thought leadership pieces, such as whitepapers, blog posts, and articles.
