Job Description
Serve as the organizational and operational support for the Israel Engagement & Confronting Antisemitism (IECA) Department. Provide essential administrative and logistical support across the IECA Department and the Israel Action & Addressing Antisemitism Program (IAP). Reporting to the Vice President of IECA, you will work closely with program leaders to ensure smooth project execution, accurate financial and data management, and efficient internal operations that help maximize our impact.
Manage logistics and budgets for IECA and IAP programs, including events, speaker tours, and department meetings. Support event planning, vendor coordination, and travel arrangements. Draft and edit communications, reports, and presentations for departmental leadership. Manage scheduling, onboarding, and other key administrative processes. Serve as a central point of coordination for the IECA Vice President and team leads.
