Job Description
As a Renewal Specialist, you'll play a vital role in driving customer retention and growth. You will take full ownership of the renewal process, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and achieving timely, successful renewals. Highly organized and efficient, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the Account Management team's capacity, contributing to our goal of a 95% customer retention rate. You will own the end-to-end renewal process – from quoting to delivery – ensuring timely and seamless renewals by collaborating cross-functionally with various teams. You will also engage directly with customers to support renewals, address inquiries, and maintain strong relationships.
