Responsibilities:

Build AI-driven workflows and automations using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and custom development.
Integrate AI capabilities into internal systems like Slack and Okta to automate IT operations tasks.

Qualifications:

Advanced proficiency in administering SaaS portfolios including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian.
Hands-on experience building integrations and automations using scripting languages like Python or Bash.
Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts such as SAML, OAuth, and SCIM.
