Key Responsibilities:
- Own solution development for complex customer opportunities, guiding technical direction and aligning stakeholders.
- Lead customer discovery workshops, site assessments, and technology demonstrations to uncover requirements.
- Develop solution documentation, bills of materials, and business value justifications.
Required Qualifications:
- 6–8 years of experience in presales, technical consulting, or solution architecture.
- Deep expertise in passive UHF RFID, including readers, antennas, printers, and tag selection.
- Hands-on experience with RFID label printing, encoding, and troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Zebra Technologies RFID hardware and platforms.
- Experience integrating RFID with WMS, ERP, or supply chain platforms.
- Familiarity with print-and-apply systems and inline RFID verification.
