Job Description
This remote role requires frequent, in-person meetings in the Detroit, MI area. The role involves dedicating 2-3 days each week to on-site client visits to foster relationships and understand client needs. It also includes driving the success of HopSkipDriveβs Enterprise business by achieving ambitious revenue growth targets, managing client accounts by delivering exceptional service and identifying upsell opportunities, and proactively identifying potential leads to uncover additional opportunities. You will communicate tailored value by crafting solutions that align HopSkipDriveβs offerings with client needs, collaborate with internal teams, and lead pricing negotiations to ensure long-term client alignment and growth.
