MMNA is seeking a District Sales Manager to join our North Regional Sales team. As a DSM, you will work in a business consultant capacity, assisting MMNA dealers to profitably sell Mitsubishi vehicles and accessories, while providing their customers with an excellent buying experience. This position supports 12 dealers across IA, MN, ND, NE, and SD. The ideal candidate should be located in Minnesota, preferably near Minneapolis.
Responsibilities include attaining district wholesale and retail sales objectives and communicating with dealerships, providing consistent direction of policies and procedures. Also advising Region management of non-compliance situations and recommending solutions. The role involves developing marketing/promotional strategies to assist the dealership in maximizing wholesale/retail sales volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
