Human Resources Business Analyst (Infor/Power BI)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between HR end users and Information Services.
• Write and coordinate design specifications for functional changes.
• Facilitate and coordinate system testing, upgrades, and modifications.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of five years’ experience working with complex databases such as HR and payroll computer systems.
• Experience developing dashboards and writing complex reports in Power BI .
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication and customer service skills to be able to interact effectively with all levels of personnel.
