Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between HR end users and Information Services.
- Write and coordinate design specifications for functional changes.
- Facilitate and coordinate system testing, upgrades, and modifications.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years’ experience working with complex databases such as HR and payroll computer systems.
- Experience developing dashboards and writing complex reports in Power BI .
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication and customer service skills to be able to interact effectively with all levels of personnel.
