- Bridge the gap between Sales and Engineering to translate carrier requirements into scoped work.
- Drive new carrier launches from kickoff to go-live, owning cross-functional plans.
- Build product ops muscle by designing intake processes and prioritization frameworks.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Own carrier projects start to finish, from scoping through launch.
- Solve for ambiguity by figuring out what's actually being asked and who needs to be in the room.
- Keep things visible with reporting and status rhythms that keep all stakeholders informed.
You'll Thrive Here If You:
- Have real product ops or TPM experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Are comfortable being the least technical in eng conversations and the most technical in client conversations.
- Balance speed with rigor, leading through influence not authority.
