Job Description

We are looking for a Director of School Partnerships to drive growth in the Southeastern United States. Responsibilities include territory development, pipeline management using Salesforce and Salesloft, consultative selling to understand district needs, and building long-term partnerships with key administrators. The role requires cross-functional collaboration and staying updated on education trends and regulations to achieve revenue targets. Candidates need 3–5+ years in Ed Tech Sales or K-12 service with Ed Tech sales experience. Proven success in managing complex processes, building relationships, and strong understanding of the K–12 ecosystem are essential which includes special education and student services. Excellent communication and proficiency in CRM tools are expected.
