Job Description
Maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction throughout retail locations in an established territory. Represent Larson, Therma-Tru, and Fiberon brands with key responsibilities that include sales training, coaching, and driving sales revenue across Millwork, In-Home, and Pro sales departments. The Retail Sales Representative will manage account relationships and provide support for the full product portfolio. Develop a strategic approach to calling on accounts, identify impactful growth opportunities, and execute effective sales training programs with focus on brand differentiators.Ensure merchandising standards are being met on each visit by new and remerchandised stores set on schedule.Drive Pro Business building brand awareness, and participate in retail βPro-Events.β
