Own the activation funnel:
- Rebuild the submission funnel end to end.
- Instrument every step and run an experimentation loop with A/B testing.
- Re-engage users who exit without submitting.
Scale acquisition channels:
- Identify channels that acquire users on both sides: lifecycle, SEO, AEO, paid, mobile ads.
- Build machinery to scale the ones that work.
- Optimize how Alt ranks and shows up in AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
Fix the data and attribution foundation:
- Stand up clean attribution and consolidate product analytics into a single source of truth.
- Modernize messaging and deep-linking stack to track impact.
- Build lifecycle infrastructure for push, in-app, email, and SMS into an owned system, including SMS opt-in compliance.
