- Experimentation and Growth Infrastructure: Own the experimentation framework; run high-velocity A/B tests; build a compounding library of learnings.
Metrics You'll Own:
- Northstar: Submission volume and search-to-bid conversion rate.
- KPIs: Snap to Sell activation rate, seller reactivation rate, daily active search query volume, listing rate, experiment velocity.
- Dealer segment submission frequency and GMV.
What Great Looks Like (6 Months):
- Measurable increase in weekly submission volume driven by product changes.
- A live experimentation program running 3-5 concurrent tests.
- Snap to Sell activation rate and search-to-bid conversion meaningfully improved.
- A dealer reactivation product that runs without manual outreach.
What We're Looking For:
- 5-8+ years of experience owning a growth surface or marketplace funnel.
- Demonstrated track record of driving measurable outcomes through experimentation.
- Strong data fluency in Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL, or Python.
- Deep understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics.
