What You'll Own:

  • KPIs: Snap to Sell activation rate, seller reactivation rate, daily active search query volume, listing rate, experiment velocity.
  • Dealer segment submission frequency and GMV.

What Great Looks Like (6 Months):

  • Measurable increase in weekly submission volume driven by product changes.
  • A live experimentation program running 3-5 concurrent tests.
  • Snap to Sell activation rate and search-to-bid conversion meaningfully improved.
  • A dealer reactivation product that runs without manual outreach.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5-8+ years of experience owning a growth surface or marketplace funnel.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving measurable outcomes through experimentation.
  • Strong data fluency in Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL, or Python.
  • Deep understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics.
