Job Description

Responsible for all post-sale activities as part of the customers’ journey, including initial onboarding, social strategy, and QBRs. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to enhance retention and loyalty. Lead the expansion and renewal processes for a diverse portfolio of customers. Collaborate with Solutions Managers to address clients' technical requests and ensure they receive maximum value from our platform. Analyze client needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional features and services. Develop and maintain accurate forecasting and reporting. Follow and continually execute the Oktopost process for account managers.
