Manager, Software Engineering

People and Performance Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop 2 teams of 8 to 10 engineers, conducting 1:1s and managing performance reviews.
• Foster a growth mindset and encourage the use of AI tools to enhance team productivity and engineering velocity.

Technical Leadership:

• Drive technical strategy and architectural decisions, partnering with architects on complex challenges in Microsoft and Java ecosystems.
• Ensure code quality and engineering best practices through code reviews and technical governance.

Project Management and Delivery:

• Plan and manage project timelines, breaking down complex initiatives into manageable milestones.
• Coordinate with Product Management to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps aligned with goals.
• Communicate progress and challenges clearly to stakeholders and manage on-call rotations and incident response.
