Responsibilities:
- Build, develop, and mentor 1–2 teams of software engineers
- Facilitate the execution of our technical roadmap with a focus on data-driven decisions
- Support the growth and development of engineers on the team
Qualifications:
- 9 + 12 years of software development experience; 5+ years of experience managing engineers
- Prior experience at a hypergrowth company required; healthcare experience preferred
- Experience managing teams that have purview across a cloud-based tech stack
