About the Role:
- Lead CATF's global strategy for Superhot Rock Geothermal, working at the intersection of technology, policy, investment, and market development.
- Guide a multidisciplinary team and build trusted partnerships across industry, government, academia, philanthropy, and civil society.
What You'll Bring:
- Master's degree or higher in business, energy systems, or related field with 10+ years of leadership experience.
- At least 3 years of people management experience and entrepreneurial mindset for evolving environments.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Expected salary range of $200,000 - $225,000 USD annually for U.S.-based candidates.
