What you'll do:
- Lead a global, multi-layered team of Sales Engineers and Solutions Consultants across regions.
- Own the technical win in pre-sales and the post-sales technical escalation path.
- Elevate RFPs, security assessments, and enable channel partners for scalable growth.
What you'll bring:
- Proven track record building and leading a world-class Solutions/Sales Engineering team.
- Experience selling technical products to technical buyers; cybersecurity experience strongly preferred.
- Strong executive communication skills and comfort in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
