Lead and scale our global Solutions Engineering and Solutions Architecture teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC, driving Vanta’s expansion into the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments, including highly regulated industries. Play a key role in establishing new practices including Demo Engineering, Enterprise Implementation, and advancing Vanta’s technical value selling frameworks.

Responsible for building and managing a team of high performing Solution Engineers, adopting OSS Specific GTM strategies, working with Customer Experience to ensure customer success, and collaborating with Product Management and Engineering to influence the roadmap. Will drive adoption programs and exceed regional financial targets.
