Seeking a Manager of Implementation Services to provide operational and functional leadership, focused on scaling our delivery capabilities, driving operational excellence, and developing the team. You will be responsible for leading a team of implementation professionals, while owning operational responsibilities crucial for day-to-day management of the Implementation Services team and strategic initiatives that are critical to our company's growth. Core Responsibilities include people leadership, operational leadership, strategic initiative ownership, delivery methodology & excellence, escalation management, functional management, and cross-functional partnership. Requirements include 7+ years of experience in enterprise software professional services, consulting, or a related field.
