Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview:

• Own full cycle recruitment and to drive 2+ hires per month across multiple teams.
• Own 3–8 active searches at a time, helping us scale efficiently while maintaining a high-quality bar.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, streamline recruiting processes, and elevate the candidate experience — all while championing Clever’s employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and engage passive candidates across multiple platforms.
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes: interviews, feedback, references, and offers.
• Enhance candidate experience and reduce time-to-fill without sacrificing quality.

Ideal Qualifications:

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house).
• Comfortable juggling 3-8 open roles at a time.
• Proven ability to hire for IC and mid-to-senior level roles across departments.
