Job Description

Accountabilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, from role intake through onboarding
  • Proactively source, engage, and build pipelines for candidates in cybersecurity, IT, compliance, and corporate functions
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on job requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate fit

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of recruiting or HR experience with proven success managing end-to-end recruitment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust with candidates and stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
