Splitero is seeking a dynamic and data-focused sales leader to drive the next stage of its hyper-growth. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing high-level sales strategies, overseeing sales operations, and ensuring teams consistently exceed origination targets. As the leader of the sales organization, you will leverage data and partner with product, marketing, finance, and operations teams to implement winning sales practices and align cross-functional priorities. You will mentor and develop Sales Managers and Team Leads, equipping them with the tools and strategies to build top-performing teams while fostering a winning culture.
