Job Description

Primarily responsible for supporting Wesleyan’s ecosystem of Student Enterprise Applications. The Analyst is responsible for configuring and troubleshooting Workday Student business processes, reports and integrations. This includes working with internal clients to develop functional and technical requirements for needed functionality. The Analyst is also responsible for implementing changes whether it is developing tech applications or making enhancements. Responsibilities include acting as a technical subject matter expert in Workday Student configuration, integrations, and reporting. Configuring and maintaining the Workday Student system, ensuring optimal functionality and alignment with university processes. Developing, supporting, and maintaining integrations with Student related vendors and products that connect with Workday. Assisting in the integration of Workday with other systems, ensure seamless data flow between platforms. Designing, building, and maintaining reports and dashboards within Workday. Taking an active role in the Workday release cycle, staying abreast of changes in Workday and advising functional offices of areas on the continuous improvement of business processes and adoption of new features. Troubleshooting and resolving Workday-related issues, providing timely support to end-users.
