Who You Are:
- You are a structured, proactive, and analytical partner-management professional.
- You combine operational discipline with strong relationship-building skills.
- You are comfortable managing detailed onboarding and leading direct conversations about partner readiness.
About The Role:
- You will own the operational execution of Myriad360's subcontractor-partner lifecycle.
- You will report to the VP of Subcontractor-Partner Program Management.
- You will work closely with Strategic Priorities Operations and cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage partner master data, onboarding, qualification, compliance, and requalification.
- Administer quote, bid, and selection processes, and coordinate contract and SOW setup.
- Handle evaluations, scorecards, engagement health, and corrective-action tracking.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Five or more years in subcontractor, vendor, or partner management.
- Experience in IT services, managed services, or consulting environment.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills with CRM, PSA, and ERP systems.
