Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative (CSR), you will utilize your strong problem-solving and people skills to help save our customers time and resources via one-call resolutions. You’ll provide clients with the confidence to understand, use, and evangelize Procore's platform. As a member of Procore’s CSR team, you’ll be provided with the resources to master your craft, with encouragement from team leaders. Work in a fast-paced contact center environment, manage telephone, web inquiries, chat, and email to patiently guide our customers through the process of achieving their goals. Diligently manage administrative aspects of the job, demonstrate a positive attitude, and proactively seek guidance when appropriate. Prior experience in customer support or interest in the construction industry is a plus.
