Responsibilities:
- Contribute to global GTM enablement programs covering product, sales process, and tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver impactful enablement projects.
- Develop blended training using internal and vendor-based AI tools for remote and e-learning.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue, or GTM Enablement roles.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills under pressure.
- Specific experience using AI-centric tools to produce and evaluate training content.
Additional Details:
- Self-driven with outstanding interpersonal skills to build trust and motivate others.
- Experience with productivity tools like Gong, Outreach, or SFDC is a plus.
