Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to global GTM enablement programs covering product, sales process, and tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver impactful enablement projects.
  • Develop blended training using internal and vendor-based AI tools for remote and e-learning.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue, or GTM Enablement roles.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills under pressure.
  • Specific experience using AI-centric tools to produce and evaluate training content.

Additional Details:

  • Self-driven with outstanding interpersonal skills to build trust and motivate others.
  • Experience with productivity tools like Gong, Outreach, or SFDC is a plus.
  • Quick learner with a growth mindset suited for the fast-paced tech sector.
