Accountabilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Public Records associates, including work allocation, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Oversee research across US court portals, ensuring accurate retrieval and interpretation of legal documentation.
- Drive adherence to quality standards, SLAs, and productivity targets.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in background verification or KPO, with at least 18 months as a Team Leader.
- Strong knowledge of US public records research, court websites, and legal terminology.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting with strong data-handling capabilities.
