Role Overview:

• You will lead a team of 10–20 associates responsible for critical employment and education verification operations.
• This role combines hands-on verification expertise with people leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• Success is measured through SLA adherence, accuracy, productivity, client satisfaction, and team engagement.

Accountabilities:

• Allocate workloads, monitor productivity, and ensure operational targets are achieved.
• Conduct regular coaching, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
• Oversee end-to-end verification activities and maintain compliance with U.S. standards.
