Role Summary:
- Supports the operational systems that enable Ventures programs to scale efficiently across Africa.
- Plays a critical part in building the operational infrastructure, workflows, and systems.
- Works closely with program managers, partnerships teams, and central leadership.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Coordinates program workflows and timelines to ensure standardised smooth cohort execution.
- Maintains operational coordination across program teams and stakeholders to foster strong cohesion and accountability.
- Tracks delivery milestones and ensures progress against program objectives.
Skill Requirements:
- Proven track record of leading large-scale initiatives, assuming ownership, and delivering results.
- Strong technical and analytical ability to design and implement structured workflows, systems, data visualization and automations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across different levels and document different projects progress.
