Our Account Managers play a key role in the success of our clients and our business. Youβll serve as a relationship manager, upsell clients on additional services, assist in the onboarding process, consult on industry best practices, and proactively raise churn risks and concerns.
This role is ideal for team members who thrive in startup environments, enjoy building relationships, and love helping clients feel confident and supported. The responsibilities include managing a growing book of business, working cross-functionally with various teams, identifying revenue expansion opportunities, collecting feature requests, influencing product development, and assisting in launching shops on-site.
