Job Description
Drive fact-based decision-making across Sodexo functions by gathering and synthesizing information, mapping processes, drafting qualitative and quantitative analyses, supporting PMO activities, and preparing committee-ready materials for decisions at all levels of the organization. You’ll build internal networks, spot trends and patterns, and formulate clear, actionable recommendations that align with Sodexo's operations and strategic priorities.
Analyze processes and root causes at an enterprise level, leveraging data and facts. Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops and document supply chain processes. Conduct root cause analysis to identify improvements. Synthesize inputs and coordinate with Finance and data teams for advanced reporting. Develop executive-ready documents. Facilitate consensus-building sessions, and become a subject matter expert (SME) in supply chain processes and operator experience.
