Senior Client Implementation Manager

This pivotal role is responsible for the successful, on-time delivery of Form Health solutions for our clients and partners, reporting to the Vice President of Client Success, and working closely with internal stakeholders and external client vendors to ensure a successful implementation. The role involves project management, client management, knowledge of healthcare program integrations, and requires strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills. Responsibilities include managing the onboarding and implementation of client projects, developing detailed project plans, collaborating across internal and external stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks, and gathering feedback to improve processes.
