Senior Software Engineer (Platform — Backend / AI/ML / Integrations)

What you will do:

• Develop Go services on the event bus, high-throughput data models, and WebSocket backends.
• Specialize in one of three tracks: Backend/Platform, AI/ML pipelines, or Integrations with CCaaS/CRM/telephony.
• Demonstrate ideas with prototypes and fail fast to move forward.

What you will bring:

• 7+ years backend experience with high proficiency in GoLang and experience with event-driven systems.
• Hands-on AI experience (LLM APIs, embeddings, RAG) and daily use of AI-assisted development.
• Mastery in debugging and solving complex problems across distributed, low-latency systems.
