Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Own and exceed growth targets by expanding Health Savings Accounts.
  • Cultivate executive-level relationships across partner organizations.
  • Shape and accelerate product innovation by translating partner insights.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of managing high-value partnerships in healthcare, benefits, or financial services.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas through partner growth strategies.
  • Skilled at navigating complex organizational structures and leading diverse teams.

Ideal Profile:

  • Enterprise sales or account management experience with health plans.
  • Experience maintaining relationships with senior-level executives.
  • Ability to sell through partners vs selling direct to clients.
