Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning and execution for large-scale fulfillment center buildouts, including greenfield launches and relocations.
- Own end-to-end coordination of automation system deployments (goods-to-person, conveyor/sortation, WMS integration) in partnership with vendors and IT.
- Manage cross-functional communication and vendor relationships to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, budget, and risk mitigation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of program management experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or warehouse operations.
- Experience managing large-scale capital programs ($5M+) and cross-functional projects.
