About the role:
- Ensure that our SaaS applications are secure and well-configured.
- Ensure our SaaS applications are cost-effective and easy to use.
- Support global teams with access, integrations, and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new SaaS tools, including SAML / SCIM integrations.
- Optimize admin and security settings, license policies and usage, access packages and role models.
- Perform ad-hoc license harvesting and cost optimization.
Requirements:
- Senior-level experience in SaaS administration or IT application management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure AD / Entra ID.
- Experience managing multiple enterprise SaaS tools simultaneously.
