Global Events Manager

About the Role:

• We're looking for a Global Events Manager to deliver exceptional events across Europe, North America, Australia, and beyond.
• You'll work alongside the Events Manager and Managing Director to plan and execute world-class events while building scalable systems.
• This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing structure to complexity.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with the Global Events Manager to plan and deliver conferences, trade shows, and executive events worldwide.
• Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, managing vendors and stakeholders to ensure high-quality experiences.
• Build scalable systems, playbooks, and workflows to improve efficiency and event program scalability.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience leading large-scale B2B conferences or events with 300+ attendees.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing budgets and multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
