Chief Technology Officer

Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to define and execute our technology strategy, scale our R&D organization, and evolve our platform for the next phase of growth. You will bring a strong engineering foundation and a pragmatic mindset, combined with a deep appreciation for customer impact, product thinking, and business alignment. A key focus will be leading the adoption of AI, both in how we enhance our product with intelligent, insight-driven features, and in how we improve our own internal processes and decision-making. Define and champion a long-term technology vision—balancing innovation, platform health, and delivery speed. Oversee product development and delivery processes, ensuring we build with quality, speed, and real customer value in mind. Guide the evolution of our infrastructure and codebase—modernizing systems to support scale, security, and velocity. Foster a culture of ownership and accountability, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
