You will be responsible for requirements engineering, including identifying, analyzing, and documenting requirements for our web and app products, taking into account connections to our partners, translating business requirements into technical specifications for the development teams, and supporting the optimization of the User Journey and User Experience to increase conversion rates.

Be a key player in delivering seamless onboarding experiences for Bankjoy's clients, ensuring projects are completed on time. As part of the Implementation team, you’ll work closely with existing clients, helping to configure, test, and support the platform post-release. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure client requirements are met.
