Director, Engineering

As Engineering Director, you’ll lead multiple teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience for customers’ operational needs. You’ll take a hands-on leadership approach, working closely with Engineering Managers, the broader organisation, and our customers to shape and evolve our Support function. You will build a challenge-embracing culture setting ambitious goals. You'll champion the customer perspective in every conversation, prioritising long-term value over quick fixes, and represent engineering in strategic discussions. This role cultivates growth and curiosity by enabling career development. You will also act as a connector across teams.
