Job Description

As an Account Executive at cargo.one, you will play a critical role in expanding our enterprise business. This involves assisting freight forwarders in recognizing cargo.one as the ideal digital ally, from the initial compelling presentation to the successful conclusion of deals. The role requires engagement with both senior and middle management, providing guidance on change management, crafting solutions, and achieving agreement across key accounts. You will manage a portfolio of enterprise relationships from the initial stages of discovery through solution design, negotiation, and closure. You will also develop our value proposition by understanding customer needs. You will collaborate with pre-sales engineering, product, and other internal teams to build tailored technical solutions across the platform and API products. You will lead account planning in partnership with marketing, lead generation, and pre-sales, helping to prioritise pipeline and target accounts. You will deliver compelling sales pitches and materials and maintain CRM hygiene and accurate documentation.
