As an Account Executive at cargo.one, you’ll be a core contributor to scaling our enterprise business. You’ll help freight forwarders build conviction that cargo.one is the right digital partner—from compelling first pitch to successful closing. You’ll engage with senior and middle management, consult on change, design solutions, and form consensus across key accounts.
Be the right hand to the Founders and SLT, acting as a force multiplier across strategic, operational, and execution priorities. You will identify, scope, and lead high-priority projects across departments, analyze data, spot opportunities, and frame crisp decisions for our leadership team and board. Build the business and systems that scale.
We are looking for a hands-on, strategic (Senior) Product Manager for our Middleware and Integrations domain who’s passionate about delivering world-class user and partner experiences. You’ll own a portfolio of forwarder-focused products that help our customers integrate deeply with cargo.one and leverage our infrastructure and content to drive efficiency and win more business.
Shape and execute our post-sale strategy for both SMB and Enterprise customers. Lead Account Management and Customer Success teams to deliver world-class customer outcomes, maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and drive expansion within existing accounts, collaborating closely with various teams.
You’ll play a crucial role in coordinating the connection between our demand (freight forwarders) and supply (airlines, GSAs). You’ll drive the success of our partners by supporting their digital transformation. You will work closely with our most trusted enterprise partners to ensure their needs are met, fostering a synergy between supply and demand when it comes to the ultimate platform experience.
