The Role You Play:
- Manage a team delivering outsourced coding services to critical access hospitals and rural health clinics.
- Ensure accurate and timely coding of medical records, compliance with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS guidelines.
- Implement quality assurance audits and resolve coding discrepancies with providers and billing departments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or equivalent experience with CPC, CCA, CCS, CIC, or COC certification.
- Substantial related experience including prior supervisory experience in medical coding or billing.
- Experience with electronic medical record systems and relevant software applications.
