Job Description
This role provides hands-on product leadership for the Review Design Innovation team, designing structures that promote experimentation, user-centered innovation, and continuous improvement across all product work. It ensures that EdReports’ products and practices embody the organization’s mission, core values, and commitments to diversity, belonging, inclusion, and equity.
Responsibilities:
-Establish clear best practices, standards, and systems.
-Guide the full product lifecycle from concept through delivery and iteration.
-Drive educator adoption, increases field impact, and elevates access to quality materials.
Qualifications:
-8+ years of progressive experience in product management, including 5+ years in people management or product leadership roles.
-Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps.
-Proven commitment to Diversity, Belonging, Inclusion, and Equity (DBIE).
