Job Description
As Senior Counsel, you will oversee and negotiate a broad scope of inbound agreements that enable Reddit to operate effectively such as SAAS, cloud, professional services, real estate, insurance, marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for serving as a strategic and pragmatic legal partner to internal teams as they plan and execute their roadmaps.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of inbound commercial agreements, ensuring favorable and compliant terms for Reddit. Provide practical and creative legal advice on risks, complex agreement structures, and company policies.
Effectively collaborate with business leaders, cross-functional teams, and legal colleagues to solve problems and close deals quickly while protecting Reddit. Help build and improve commercial processes, such as playbooks and workflows, to increase efficiency and support Reddit’s rapid growth.
